All orders ship from Indiana or Colorado based on your location & product availability. All orders are shipped in discrete packaging.
Discreet Billing Policies
Boudoir Noir ensures that we have discreet billing as well as our discreet shipping. ARD Enternainment Inc will show up on all of your statements with each order.
Due to high rates of fraud, we currently only ship to the US. If you are a previous customer from another country, please call us and can take your order over the phone.
All orders are sent in discreet plain envelopes or boxes. The "Boudoir Noir" name will not appear on the outside of your package. We do not sell or trade our mailing and email lists with any other organizations, nor do we send unsolicited (spam/junk) mail.
Generally, orders are shipped the next business day from our Colorado warehouse, unless items are back ordered. Products that are out of stock will be shipped separately. No additional shipping fees apply for back ordered items. Please be aware that virtually all, but not every package will have tracking numbers.
Please note that Boudoir Noir does not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. For example, an overnight package processed on Friday afternoon after our 9am EST deadline will not be shipped until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Expected delivery time is based on the date your package leaves our shipping facility, not when the order was originally placed online (Please note our hours are 9am to 5pm EST M-F). USPS standard, first class and priority mail are not guaranteed services. If you know your order has already shipped, you may wish to contact your local post office.
Although Boudoir Noir exerts every effort to meet the needs of our customers for shipping choices we cannot prevent your package from being left out in the weather or left in public places. While we work to provide the best service at the lowest price, we do not personally deliver packages. If you have specific delivery instructions or questions about a particular delivery method, please contact the carrier for the service you have chosen before you place an order.
Since we strive to have orders shipped out as soon as possible, cancellations are not available. It is important that you double check your order before you finish placing it to ensure you are getting the correct products.
All International orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, be aware that for heavier or more bulky orders Boudoir Noir reserves the right to impose higher fees to cover any extra postage or fees we incur fulfilling your order.
All international orders above 2 lbs can be expected to carry additional fees based on your location. We often get queries from customers asking if we can understate or, in some fashion, leave out of custom declarations on international orders the true value of the order. Unfortunately we cannot do that. It is against the law.
If political concerns in your country make international shipping difficult chances are we will not be able to get a package through to you. If you are concerned about whether or not we will be able to ship to you simply drop our Customer Service Manager a note and ask. Please be aware that if your country has a poor postal system you might be better off specifically requesting courier service.
You should receive notification from your local customs office of the package's whereabouts and/or any duties or taxes, which you will be responsible to pay for all countries outside of the U.S. Boudoir Noir has no way of knowing any of these details either in advance of your order or after it has arrived in your country. Please note we cannot ship food products to some overseas locations (most notably Australia), and some countries have very specific requirements for the shipment of sexual health products,
Boudoir Noir is not responsible for meeting the shipping requirements of any individual country. The customer must be well informed of local rules and regulations and contact us about meeting the requirements for any specific order to be shipped internationally.
Based on the nature of our products and local and federal laws, very few items are returnable. If your item was damaged or does not work, please contact us and we are happy to work with you to find the best solution possible.
What is not returnable?
Due to the nature of our products, any product that has been opened, used or had any sealed packaging broken cannot be returned. This includes inside sealed bags, outside sealed edges, and all packaging. No edible, liquid, powder, or cream based products will be accepted for return, no exceptions. We have this policy in effect to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of ALL of our customers.
What is returnable?
Certain things can be returned, but only to be exchanged for another of the same item, unless not available, see our exchange policy below. Items that can be returned directly to us may include products that were damaged in shipping as per our discretion and upon confirmation of shipping damage.
Products that are eligible to be returned for a product exchange must be reported to the company within 2 business days of delivery. Any defects, order mistakes, or other problems not reported within 2 business days of delivery will not be considered eligible for any return or exchange. Products may only be exchanged for the same item. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar or substitute products for you to choose from.
Manufactures Warranties. Most major manufactures offer a 30, 60, or 90 day warranty on their products. There is usually warranty information in or on the packaging. Please note that most of these warranties require a copy of the original sales receipt and sometimes the original packaging. For other products or concerns, contact email@example.com.
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis in most cases due to reqested item out of stock.
