How do I sign up for the rewards program?

• Signing up is easy and free! Sign up today.

 What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

  • 10 bonus pleasure points when you join.
  • 1 pleasure point for every $1 spend (in-store or online)
  • Something special for your birthday!
  • Earn points without making a purchase.
  • Double and Triple point events.
  • Unlock exclusive discounts and early access to sales and promotions.

 

Account

I already have an account in-store. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

• As long as you have an email on file, you are in and earning points! However, setting up an account online is where you will check your points and earn more points by following us on our social channels and more. Plus you'll get 10 points just for setting up an account online.

Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

• Simply sign-in to your account on our website, then click the "Check Rewards" tab on the right side of the page. 

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

• If you have a in-store account yes, your points from purchases made on or after 4/22 will sync. If you didn't have a in-store account, no. No prior online purchases will receive points. 

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

• Simply fill out this form and one of our team members will get that taken care of.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

• No, you’ll get 10 points just for signing up and there are many other ways to earn points without spending money.

Earning & Redeeming

How do I redeem my points?

• Online redemption: Sign into your account, then click on the “Check Rewards” tab located on the middle, right side of the webpage.
• In-store redemption: During checkout our associate will check your Loyal-Tease profile and let you know if you have any rewards available for redemption. You can choose to redeem and use on the current order, or save your points until your next visit.

How do points convert to dollars?

• Points don’t convert into dollars. They convert into redeemable rewards. Some rewards do have a dollar amount attached to them, others do not. It is up to the customer to choose which rewards they prefer.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

• Set-up an account.
• Like us on our social channels.
• Review a product.
• Refer a friend.

 

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?

Program Limitations

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

• There is NO limitation on the number of points you can earn, however, points will expire after six (6) months of inactivity.

Returns

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

• Yes, you can return your order for a refund, however, you will forfeit any points/rewards redeemed on that order.

 

I earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

• If you choose to return a purchase any points/tiers earned with that purchase will be automatically removed from your account.

Reward Expiration

Do points ever expire?

• Points expire after six (6) months of inactivity in which the customer hasn’t earned or spent points.
