Boudoir Noir – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great care in ensuring customer satisfaction while prioritizing the health and safety of our clients and staff. Due to the intimate nature of our products and applicable laws, we have a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Changed Your Mind?

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may do so for a full refund by emailing customersupport@boudoirnoir.com within two (2) hours of placing your order.
Due to fast processing times, cancellations are only accepted on a case-by-case basis after that window.

After Shipment 

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, you have the following options:

Shipment wasn't opened

  • Refuse delivery of the unopened shipping box so it is returned to our warehouse

  • Write “Return to Sender” on the unopened box and drop it off at your nearest carrier drop box

  • Contact the post office/delivery company to arrange a return

Once the unopened shipping box is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund minus shipping charges will be issued.

For orders placed through Afterpay and Sezzle, there will be a 5% return order processing fee in addition to the shipping charges.

Shipment was opened

If you opened your shipment and decided you no longer want a product:

  1. Contact customersupport@boudoirnoir.com within 2 days of delivery

  2. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return and verify that sealed packaging is intact, a refund minus a $2.50 restocking fee per item will be issued

  4. For orders placed through Afterpay and Sezzle, there will be a 5% return order processing fee in addition to the $2.50 per item restocking fee. 
  5. Original Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Exchange Policy

Products may only be exchanged for the same item, and only under these conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery

  • The product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect

If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a similar or substitute item at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, most items are non-returnable. The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its sealed packaging broken

  • Products in which sealed bags, sealed edges, or any packaging have been tampered with

  • Edible, liquid, powder, or cream-based productsno exceptions

This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers and staff.


Returnable Items

Products may be eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

  • Shipping damage confirmed at our discretion

  • Incorrect items received or confirmed product defects

In such cases, please contact our support team within 2 days of delivery. Any issues reported after this period will not be considered for return or exchange.


In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, please speak directly with a store manager for assistance.


Manufacturer Warranties

Many major manufacturers offer 30-, 60-, or 90-day warranties. Warranty information is typically included with your product packaging you can also search our Warranty Resource page for most of our preferred manufacturers. Most warranties require:

  • The original sales receipt

  • The original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, commonly due to out-of-stock items or approved return scenarios.
